These terms apply to all users of our website, tour participants, event organizers, and anyone who interacts with our platform or services.

2. Website Usage

2.1 Account Registration

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

2.2 Acceptable Use

• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Do not interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Do not upload malicious content or attempt to harm other users

3. Motorcycle Tours

3.1 What's Included

• Fully-guided motorcycle tour led by experienced tour leaders
• Accommodation each night (standard/shared/private as specified)
• Daily route planning and pre-loaded GPS files (where applicable)
• Breakfast each morning (if applicable)
• Welcome briefing and rider safety overview

3.2 What's Not Included

• Motorcycle rental
• Fuel and toll charges
• Travel to and from the tour start/end point
• Lunches, dinners, drinks, and snacks
• Personal insurance (rider, travel, health, or repatriation)
• Costs arising from accidents, breakdowns, or personal expenses
• Fines or penalties incurred during the tour
• Medical expenses

3.3 Booking & Payment

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking (amount specified per tour)
• Full payment is due 30 days prior to the tour start date
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment details
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated

3.4 Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour: 100% refund
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before the tour: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour: no refund
• If we cancel the tour, a full refund or alternative date will be offered
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days

3.5 Rider Requirements

• Riders must hold a valid motorcycle licence
• Motorcycles must be road-legal, insured, and in safe working condition
• Helmets and proper riding gear are mandatory
• Riders must follow local traffic laws and ride responsibly at all times
• Minimum age requirements may apply (specified per tour)

3.6 Liability

• Bikr Ltd is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the tour
• Participants join at their own risk and are responsible for their own actions
• We reserve the right to remove any participant who endangers themselves or others
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour

3.7 Travel Insurance

• You must have suitable travel and medical insurance that covers motorcycling activities
• Proof of insurance may be requested prior to the tour
• Insurance should cover medical expenses, repatriation, and personal liability

3.8 Changes to the Tour

• We reserve the right to change the itinerary due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances
• Every effort will be made to provide a comparable experience
• No refunds will be given for minor itinerary changes

4. Event Listings & Services

4.1 Listing Content

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide
• Content must be appropriate and not violate any laws or regulations
• We reserve the right to remove or edit inappropriate content
• Images and descriptions must accurately represent your services

4.2 Service Providers

• We act as a platform connecting users with service providers
• We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by third parties
• Disputes between users and service providers should be resolved directly
• We may mediate disputes but are not obligated to do so

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website is owned by Bikr Ltd or licensed to us
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us license to use it
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission

6. Privacy & Data Protection

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services
